Sycamore Seeds' Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in UK consumer law.

Your Legal Rights

When you buy goods from a business, you have a number of legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These include the right to:

• Cancel and return most goods within 14 days of receiving them.
• Claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Our Policy (Change of Mind)

In addition to your legal rights, we also accept returns if you change your mind. Here's how it works:

• Let us know within 14 days of receiving your items.
• You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.
• We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving them.

To start a return:

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Orders.
3. Select the order.
4. Click "Request a Refund".

If Your Order Hasn't Been Dispatched

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel and refund it immediately.

If Your Order Has Been Dispatched

If your order has been sent:

• Tell us which items you'd like to return.
• Return them to us within 14 days.
• Once received and checked, we'll issue your refund within 14 days.

Perishable Goods

Please note: We only accept returns of unopened seed packets. Seeds are classed as perishable goods and exempt from return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if opened or used. This is to maintain quality and integrity of the product.

If Seeds Fail to Grow

We're sorry if your seeds fail to grow. We want to avoid this in the future by improving our service. If this happens, we'll send you a refund if you complete our feedback form. The process is:

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Orders.
3. Select the order.
4. Click "Issue with item".
5. Fill out feedback form.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return postage costs.
