Perishable Goods
Please note: We only accept returns of unopened seed packets. Seeds are classed as perishable goods and exempt from return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if opened or used. This is to maintain quality and integrity of the product.
If Seeds Fail to Grow
We're sorry if your seeds fail to grow. We want to avoid this in the future by improving our service. If this happens, we'll send you a refund if you complete our feedback form. The process is:

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return postage costs.
